Hoj Innovations seeks outstanding candidates for an Integration Specialist to create and support data flows using the lnstalink.io platform. Depending on interest and skills, responsibilities could expand to include project management, software developments, or process design. Consideration will also be given to candidates desiring part-time employment. 

Work is client based and is dependent on the needs of active clients. The focus is on assisting our clients in automating data flows and communication between their disparate systems to improve their processes and enable their performance by performing the following duties. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Determine needs of an integration by reviewing process documents and participating in client discussions 
• Identify gaps and potential problems with integration plans before implementation 
• Create detailed Statement of Work that outlines steps to complete the project 
• Accurately estimate level of effort to complete the integration steps 
• Interface with clients to validate requirements, gain access to systems, and provide status updates 
• Create the data flows as specified in Statement of Work 
• Create test plans and assist clients in performing tests on the integration 
• Troubleshoot and solve problems related to ongoing performance 
• Performs other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required - minimum of two years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must have strong competency in collaboration, analysis, project management, and time management 
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication as he/she will interface and gather information from a client with a diverse set of skills and backgrounds 
• Must be self-motivated and independent 
• Must have an aptitude for information systems and concepts of IT development 
• Familiarity with Node.js, REST, JSON, XML, HTML, MongoDB, SQL, .NET 
• Familiarity with concepts of an ETL process 
• Background in supply chain management and warehouse management
